It's official.

It's official, Rep. Waters gets three counts of ethics violations. It seems small next to Rangel's thirteen, but it is every bit as unnerving. When you consider what she's being charged with, it makes you wonder is anyone in Washington has us in mind.

Charge one:
She is found in violation of the House rule that states that House members "shall behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect credibility on the House."

Charge Two:
Improper use of influence.

Charge Three:
Dispensing special favors.

So in other words, if you want millions in Federal aid to keep you from losing too much on your stock in your bank, make sure your wife is in a financial committee in the House and is in a position to arrange meetings and send aid your way...
